Last updated: October 14, 20241. Booking PolicyAdvance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. Same-day bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service price is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.Confirmation of Appointment: You will receive a confirmation email or text upon booking. A reminder will also be sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.No Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are not accepted. To ensure a personalized and relaxing experience, all services are by appointment only. Please book your appointment in advance to secure your desired time.2. Cancellation PolicyCancellation Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments will require prepayment in full. After 2 no-shows, I may require a 100% prepayment for all future appointments.Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate the full service. In this case, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.3. Sick PolicyClient Illness: If you are feeling unwell, especially with symptoms of a cold, flu, or contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. I will waive the cancellation fee for rescheduling due to illness as long as you notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.Esthetician Illness: In the rare event that I am unable to work due to illness, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment at the earliest availability. You will not lose your deposit if I need to reschedule.4. Minors & Parental Consent PolicyClients Under 18: All clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent before receiving any services. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the entire appointment. A signed consent form from the parent or legal guardian is required at the time of booking.Services for Minors: I offer select services for minors, but treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion are not permitted for clients under 16. Please consult with me before booking to determine suitable treatments.5. Pregnancy PolicyPregnant Clients: If you are pregnant, a doctor’s clearance is required before booking any services. Certain treatments and products may not be suitable during pregnancy, and I will only proceed with treatments that are safe for you and your baby.6. Payment and Refund PolicyPayment Methods: I accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is required at the end of the session.Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds for retail products will only be accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase.7. Liability WaiverClient Responsibility: Prior to your first appointment, all clients are required to complete a skin consultation form to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or current skincare routines that may affect your treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any changes before future appointments.Service Liability: While I strive to provide the best service, I am not responsible for any adverse reactions due to failure to disclose medical conditions, sensitivities, or pregnancy status.8. General PoliciesProfessionalism: I maintain a professional, clean, and relaxing environment. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.Client Confidentiality: All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent.9. Retail and Products
Product Recommendations: I may recommend products for your skin type as part of your treatment. While product purchases are optional, they are recommended to maintain the results of your treatment.
Returns & Exchanges: Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged.10. Spa EtiquetteChildren and Guests: For safety and to maintain a serene environment, children under 12 are not allowed in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service. Additionally, no extra guests are allowed unless they are scheduled for a treatment.Mobile Devices: Please silence mobile phones upon entering the spa space. Calls and notifications can interrupt the experience for both you and others.By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to abide by all spa policies. These policies are in place to protect both the esthetician and the client, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone.
